Overview

Kimberly Burns and has been working as a Registered nurse for over 35 years. Her practice has included medical-surgical, critical care, and interventional radiology. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is currently working as a volunteer provider at the Community Helping Place clinic serving the uninsured citizens of Lumpkin County. Her interests are in population health in the underserved community with a heart for medical missions. She is privileged to be part of the team, along with other Â鶹´«Ã½ faculty, that accompanies Â鶹´«Ã½ nursing students to serve on an annual summer medical mission team to the Dominican Republic.
